Delivery Information

At Lilah and Rose, we offer a range of delivery options. Please choose carefully and have all the information needed to have your delivery made without any hiccups. Everything you need to know about deliveries is listed below.

Where do we deliver?
  • Mareeba
  • Atherton
  • And all areas in between, Please note some of these locations are not every day and could be an overnight delivery.

We do not deliver to Mossman, Mount Molloy or Julatten, Dimbulah and Kuranda

What does delivery cost?

We have a flat rate of $10 in the local Mareeba area. Please note there is an additional cost for deliveries outside of this area.

Regional areas are our speciality, however these deliveries come with some strict information needed. Delivering to places like Karumba and in between is really very easy, but please keep in mind that your order will travel on a passenger bus and the recipient will need to collect it from the local bus depot.

When do we deliver?
  • Same Day Delivery – Monday to Friday orders MUST be placed by 11am.
  • All deliveries are made between 11am and 5pm
  • All attempts will be made to deliver to SCHOOL ADDRESSES before 3pm, Please give sufficient time for this to be done, for example, order before 12pm
  • BUSINESS ADDRESS – deliveries will be made by 5pm

Delivery time requests can not be filled under any circumstance.

General Delivery Details

Deliveries are no longer contactless, if you require a contactless delivery please advise.

A re-delivery fee may occur if sufficient information is not provided.

If a delivery can not be made successfully due to an incorrect address or not having access to a property a re-delivery fee will apply. We will contact you before a re-delivery.

If your delivery has an electric gate:

Please add a note and a phone number for the recipient to avoid a re-delivery fee.

If your delivery is on a dirt road:

Please note that we are not always able to get to these locations. A delivery cancellation may occur if we are unable to drive in these conditions.

If your delivery is to a farm:

Please make a note and provide appropriate phone numbers to allow access to the property ( bio – security reasons apply)

If you selected pick up:

We will contact you with the appropriate time and address for this.

If the delivery address has a dog on the property:

Please make a note and a phone number is required. If no one is home It will be at the driver’s discretion if they enter the property.
